LEBTECH 2025
Public-sector technology and digital transformation, 27–29 June 2025. A three-day programme spanning speakers, exhibitors and institutional stakeholders.
Strawberry Agency is an event management company in Lebanon built for corporate, institutional and public-sector work — congresses, syndicate ceremonies, ministry programmes and technology conferences. From concept and planning to promotion and execution, we manage your event from start to finish. Plan it. Promote it. Make it happen.
Most event organisers in Lebanon are built around weddings and private celebrations. That is a different discipline. A syndicate general assembly, a national congress or a three-day technology conference runs on protocol, speaker logistics, registration data, sponsor obligations and press coverage — not on floral arrangements.
Strawberry Agency works in that second world. We produced LEBTECH 2025, a three-day event on public-sector digital transformation held 27–29 June 2025, and LEBTECH 2018 before it at Le Royal Hotel, Dbayeh. We handled the Official Launching of the Lebanese IT Syndicate in 2019 at the Casino du Liban Theatre, and the Financial Inclusion for a Sustainable Economy Congress at the Phoenicia Hotel on 30 September 2025.
That experience shapes how we plan. We assume there will be a minister on the agenda, a sponsor deck to satisfy, a delegate list to manage and a press pack due the morning of. We plan backwards from those pressures instead of discovering them a week out.
“From workshops and conferences to launches and experiences, we manage your event from start to finish.”
Every mandate runs through the same four movements. The depth changes with the brief; the sequence does not.
We start with the objective behind the event — a policy to advance, a sector to convene, a product to place. From that we set the format, the narrative, the audience profile and the success measures, then build the identity around them.
Venue selection and negotiation, budget, run-of-show, technical and AV specification, staging and set design, catering, security, permits, supplier contracting, staffing plan and a full production timeline with owners against every line.
This is where an agency beats a pure event organiser. Campaign creative, social, media buying, press relations, invitation and RSVP flows, speaker and sponsor announcements, landing pages, and content capture that keeps working after the doors close.
On-site direction, registration and accreditation desks, protocol and VIP handling, stage and cue management, supplier coordination, live coverage, contingency planning, then teardown and a post-event report.

Browse projects · Events indexStrawberry Agency is an advertising and marketing agency. The campaign, the identity, the social and the press are built by the same team running the floor — so promotion is not outsourced to a second supplier who never sees the room.
Working with syndicates, orders and public bodies means committees, approvals, protocol order and official language. We have run that process repeatedly with LITS, LACPA, LOPT and Lebtech, and we plan for it from day one.
A gala is one night. A three-day conference is a different machine: rotating agendas, exhibitor build, daily press, staffing shifts and continuity between sessions. LEBTECH 2025 was built that way across 27–29 June.
We have delivered at the Casino du Liban and its theatre, the Phoenicia Hotel, Le Royal Dbayeh and in open public space in Beirut — plus regional venues in Dubai. Load-in, power, sightlines and access are known quantities.
For a single-evening reception or launch, six to eight weeks is workable. For a congress or a multi-day conference with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, start three to six months out — speaker confirmations and sponsorship sales set the pace, and both need lead time before venues and campaigns lock.
Yes. That is the reason to use an agency rather than a pure event organiser. Identity, campaign creative, social, media buying, press relations, invitations, RSVP and post-event content are handled in-house alongside the production. See our services for the full range.
From closed workshops and council receptions to national congresses, multi-day technology conferences and open public festivals. Our focus is corporate, institutional and public-sector work rather than private social celebrations.
Yes. Committee sign-offs, official protocol order, formal correspondence and ministry-facing programmes are routine for us — LEBTECH and the Lebanese IT Syndicate launch were both run under those conditions.
Yes, when a client’s programme calls for it. The Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists reception for the new President & Council was delivered at the Habtoor Metropolitan Hotel, Dubai Hall, in December 2025.
The objective, an approximate date, an expected audience size and a budget range. From there we come back with a format recommendation, a venue shortlist and a phased plan. Send us the brief and we will take it from there.
