Social Media Management in Lebanon

Strategy, content, community and reporting for brands in Lebanon and the region.

01 - Positioning

Social media that is run, not just posted

Strawberry Agency manages social media for brands in Lebanon and the region, from Jounieh. We plan what each channel is for, produce the content, run the community and report what it did for the business.

Most brand accounts fail the same way: posting happens, but nobody decided who the account is for or what a good month looks like. So we start with the audience and the objective, then build the calendar backwards from them.

Channels are chosen by where your audience actually is, not by habit. For most Lebanese consumer and B2B brands that means a small set done well rather than every platform done thinly.

“A channel is a job, not a habit.”

02 - Scope

What social media management covers

A

Strategy and positioning

Who the account speaks to, what it stands for and which channels earn their place. Written down so everyone posting follows it.

B

Content planning

A monthly calendar tied to launches, events and seasons, with room left for what happens in the news cycle.

C

Content production

Copywriting, graphic design, short-form video and photography, produced to the brand identity rather than a template.

D

Community management

Replying to comments and messages, handling complaints, and agreed rules for when something needs to reach you.

E

Paid social

Targeted campaigns on the platforms your audience uses, with budgets and objectives agreed before spend starts.

F

Reporting

A monthly report in plain language: what was posted, what worked, what we change next month.

03 - Method

How we run an account

Decide the job first. Awareness, leads, bookings and recruitment need different content. We write down which one the account serves.

Plan a month at a time. A calendar approved in advance, with a fast lane for urgent posts.

Answer people. A slow reply costs more than a weak post. Response times are agreed and kept.

Review and change. Every month we look at what the numbers say and drop what is not working.

01

Audit and goals

Current accounts, audience and competitors, then the targets for the next quarter.

02

Strategy and calendar

Channel roles, pillars and the first month of content for approval.

03

Publish and engage

Production, scheduling, community replies and paid support.

04

Report and adjust

Monthly review and the plan for the next period.

05 - Questions

Questions we are asked

Which platforms should we be on?

The ones your audience uses. We recommend after an audit, and usually start with fewer channels done well. Adding more later is easy; recovering from neglected accounts is not.

Do you create the content too?

Yes. Copy, design, short video and photography can all be produced by us, so the account does not depend on you sending material every week.

How do you measure results?

Against the goal agreed at the start: reach and engagement for awareness, enquiries or clicks for leads, and so on. We report monthly in plain language.

Can you run paid campaigns as well?

Yes. Paid social is part of the service, with budget and objectives agreed before anything is spent.

Do you work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Content can be written for Arabic, English or both, depending on your audience.
