Marketing & Advertising in Lebanon
Concept development, media planning, media booking, and campaign production.
One team for the campaign and the room it runs in
Strawberry Agency is a marketing and advertising agency based in Jounieh, Keserwan, working across Lebanon and into the wider MENA region, Europe and the United States. We build the strategy, make the work, buy the media and measure what came back - under one roof, with one team accountable for the result.
Most briefs that reach us are not “make an ad.” They are closer to: a syndicate needs its sector to take notice, a ministry-facing programme needs an audience, a challenger brand needs to matter in a crowded category. Those are positioning problems before they are production problems, and they get solved in that order.
The agency has run this for national bodies and private brands alike - the Lebanese IT Syndicate, LACPA, the Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists, and the LEBTECH technology conference among them, alongside a roster of more than ninety commercial clients.

What a marketing and advertising engagement covers
Engagements are scoped to the objective, not to a retainer template. Most combine three or four of the following.
Brand and campaign strategy
Where the brand sits today, who it needs to reach, what it should be saying, and what would count as it having worked. Delivered as a written position, not a mood board.
Creative and art direction
Campaign concept through to finished assets - film, stills, print, outdoor, social and environmental. Directed in-house, produced with our own crews.
Media planning and buying
Channel mix built from the audience, negotiated and booked. Broadcast, outdoor, press and digital, with post-campaign reporting against the plan.
Public relations
Press strategy, relationships with Lebanese and regional outlets, launch coverage, and the spokesperson preparation that makes it usable.
Content and social
Editorial calendars, community management and the production volume to sustain them - shot and edited by the same team that made the campaign.
Sponsorship and activation
Where a campaign needs a physical presence: stands, activations, sponsor obligations and the event side handled by our event management team.
How the work actually runs
We start with the objective, not the deliverable. A brief that opens “we need a campaign” gets turned around into what the campaign is supposed to change - awareness inside a sector, attendance at an event, applications, enquiries, a shift in how a category sees you. Everything downstream is measured against that line.
Then the position. We write down what the brand stands for in this campaign and what it is arguing against. It is short, it is specific, and it gets signed off before any creative is made. Work produced without it tends to look nice and land nowhere.
Creative and media are built together. The channel plan shapes the creative and the creative shapes the buy. Agencies that separate these end up with beautiful assets in the wrong places, or a well-negotiated plan carrying work that does not fit it.
Then it goes live, and we report. Not a screenshot of impressions - a read against the objective, with what we would change next time.
Brief and objective
What has to change, by when, and how we will know. Budget band and decision-makers established here, not in month two.
Position and plan
The written position, the channel mix, the production schedule and the cost. One document, signed off before spend.
Make and buy
Creative produced, media negotiated and booked, press briefed, assets trafficked and checked in place.
Report
Delivery against plan, response against objective, and a recommendation for the next cycle.

Working with us
Do you work on retainer or by project?
Both. Campaign work is usually scoped as a project with a defined objective and end date. Brands that need continuous output - social, content, press, ongoing media - tend to move to a retainer after the first project, because the cost of restarting each time is higher than the cost of continuity.
Can you handle media buying as well as creative?
Yes, and we prefer to. Planning and buying are done in-house alongside the creative, which is the main reason to use an agency rather than assembling a studio, a media house and a PR firm separately. You get one team, one plan and one report instead of three suppliers explaining each other’s results.
What size of client do you take on?
The roster runs from national syndicates and institutional bodies to single-location businesses in Keserwan. The work scales; the method does not change. What matters more than size is whether there is a real objective and someone empowered to sign off on a position.
Do you work outside Lebanon?
Yes. We are based in Jounieh and most work is Lebanese, but we produce across the MENA region, and have delivered for clients into Europe and the United States. The Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists reception was delivered in Dubai in December 2025.
What do you need from us to start?
The objective, an approximate timeframe, a budget band and the name of whoever signs off. From there we come back with a written position, a channel recommendation and a cost. Send us the brief and we will take it from there.
Tell us what has to change.
Give us the objective and the deadline. We will come back with a position, a plan across creative, media and press, and what it costs - one team from the first idea to the measured result.
