Web Design & Development in Lebanon

From a simple HTML website to a full animated website, including SEO, content management, domain, hosting, and e-commerce.

01 - Positioning

Sites built to be found, used and maintained

Strawberry Agency designs and builds websites in Lebanon, from Jounieh, for clients across the region - from a straightforward brochure site through to fully animated builds, e-commerce and content-managed platforms.

The difference between a site that works and a site that merely exists is rarely the design. It is whether search engines can read it, whether it loads on a phone on a Lebanese mobile connection, whether the people who own it can update it without calling anyone, and whether the thing a visitor is supposed to do is obvious. We build for those four first and make it handsome on top.

Because the same agency runs the paid and organic search programme, the site gets built with the traffic plan already known - rather than being handed to a marketing team afterwards and found wanting.

02 - Scope

What a web engagement covers

A

Design and art direction

Interface design grounded in the brand, laid out for the devices your audience actually uses, with motion where it aids comprehension rather than decorates.

B

Development

Hand-built front end or a content-managed build, with template systems your team can extend. Clean markup, because search engines and screen readers read the same thing.

C

E-commerce

Catalogue structure, product data, checkout, payment and shipping integration, and the reporting to see what is selling.

D

Technical SEO

Site architecture, crawlability, structured data, canonical logic and Core Web Vitals handled during the build rather than retrofitted.

E

Content management

A CMS set up so the people who own the site can publish without a developer - and documented so they will.

F

Hosting and maintenance

Domain and hosting services, updates, backups and editorial support. Sites that are not maintained stop being assets fairly quickly.

03 - Method

How a build runs

Structure before pixels. We agree what pages exist, what each is for and what a visitor should do on it. Sitemap and page intent are signed off before design starts, which is where most rebuild projects go wrong - designing pages nobody defined a purpose for.

Design against real content. Layouts are built with the actual copy and images where they exist. Designs approved against placeholder text tend to break the moment the real thing arrives.

Build with search in mind from day one. Heading hierarchy, internal linking, structured data and performance are build decisions, not a phase afterwards. Retrofitting them costs more than doing them once.

Then hand it over properly. Launch includes training, documentation and a period where we stay close. A site your team cannot edit is a site that will be out of date within the quarter.

01

Structure

Sitemap, page purposes, content inventory and the search targets each page is meant to serve.

02

Design

Key templates designed and approved against real content, responsive behaviour agreed at the same time.

03

Build and test

Development, CMS integration, content loading, cross-device and performance testing before anything goes live.

04

Launch and support

Deployment, redirects from the old site, analytics and search console set up, training, then maintenance.

05 - Questions

Working with us

How long does a site take?

A focused brochure site is typically six to ten weeks from signed structure to launch. Content-managed builds with several templates run longer; e-commerce longer again. The variable that moves the date most is not development - it is how quickly final copy and images arrive.

Do you work with WordPress or build custom?

Both, chosen by what the site has to do and who maintains it. A team that needs to publish weekly is better served by a well-configured CMS than by a bespoke build nobody can edit. A fixed, highly art-directed site may be better hand-built. We will recommend rather than default.

Can you take over an existing site?

Yes. We audit what is there first - structure, performance, search health and how it was built - and say plainly whether it is worth improving or rebuilding. Both answers happen.

Will the site be good for SEO?

The technical foundations are part of the build: clean markup, sensible heading structure, crawlable internal linking, structured data and performance. That earns you the right to compete. Ranking also needs content and authority over time, which is a separate ongoing programme - we will not pretend a launch alone delivers it.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

Yes - domain registration, hosting, maintenance, backups and ongoing editorial support are all available. Clients who prefer to hold their own hosting keep it; we work with either.

Start with the structure.

Tell us what the site has to do and who has to maintain it. We will come back with a sitemap, a recommendation on how it should be built, a timeline and a cost - before anything is designed.
